The Master of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Global College Malta is a one-year postgraduate degree delivered at SmartCity Malta, Ricasoli, Malta. Accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) at MQF Level 7, this programme is designed for aviation and logistics professionals who are ready to step into senior management, leadership, or entrepreneurial roles within the global aviation supply chain industry.

Whether you are working in airline operations, MRO logistics, cargo management, ground handling, or aviation procurement - this MBA gives you the academic foundation and practical business skills to lead at the highest level.

What You Will Study

The programme integrates work-based learning with advanced academic study, exposing you to the latest thinking in business management within an international context. Key disciplines include financial and economic analysis, strategy and innovation, managing and developing people, global marketing management, cross-cultural management, ethics, and operations and supply chain management - all directly applicable to the fast-moving world of aviation logistics.

Teaching is delivered through a combination of lectures and workshops, with a strong emphasis on your personal and leadership development. You will build skills in communication, negotiation, team-building, and leadership throughout the programme. Your final project gives you the flexibility to develop a business consulting report, write a full aviation business plan, or complete a traditional academic research project.
